About the Role
Audit planning and execution Develop annual audit plan according to company strategy, independently or with team to complete financial, operation, IT system, procurement process and other special audit projects, including but not limited to economic responsibility audit, compliance audit, fraud investigation, etc. Draw up audit plans, prepare working papers, analyze audit evidence, form audit conclusions, write reports, and put forward rectification suggestions. Internal control system and risk management Assist to establish and optimize the company's internal control system, promote the risk assessment and improvement of business processes, and improve risk control measures. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of internal control implementation, identify potential risks (such as finance, compliance, supply chain, etc.), and develop risk response plans. Compliance and anti-fraud Supervise the compliance of business activities, review the legality of contracts, bidding documents and major economic activities, and prevent fraud. Lead or participate in the investigation of fraud cases, cooperate with legal affairs and discipline inspection departments to deal with violations 45. Cross-department collaboration and rectification tracking Cooperate with finance, legal and business departments to promote the implementation of audit recommendations, track the effect of rectification and form closed-loop management. Work with external audit institutions to coordinate internal and external audit requirements. Audit of specific areas (adjusted according to business focus) IT audit: evaluates information system security, data integrity, and IT procurement process compliance. Supply Chain audit: Monitor risks in logistics, procurement and supplier management to ensure cost control and compliance.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, major in auditing, finance, accounting, law or IT related is preferred.
Required Skills
- 1-3 years experience in internal audit, risk management or Big Four accounting firm, logistics/Internet industry background is preferred.
- Familiar with financial software (such as UF, Kingdee) and data analysis tools, proficient in Excel, SQL or Python is a plus.
- Master internal control framework (such as COSO, SOX), auditing standards and laws and regulations (such as Sarbanes Act, China Enterprise internal control standards).
Preferred Skills
- CIA (International Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, intermediate auditor certificate is preferred.
- Clear logic, excellent communication and coordination skills and report writing skills, able to adapt to frequent business trips.
- Integrity, strong ability to work under pressure, with keen risk insight and independent judgment
