Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate and qualify leads through online and offline methods.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential clients, including corporates, universities, and community organizations.

Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and tailored product demonstrations to showcase our mental health solutions.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of services such as EAP programs, workshops, and other services.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored mental health solutions.

Closing Sales Leads

  • Actively pursue, follow up and close sales leads by employing effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Finalize contracts to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, emerging industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market insights to uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, such as operations and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and high client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.

Ad Hoc Tasks & Projects

Take on additional tasks or new projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to support organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin or any additional language is a plus for better client communication.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, proactive working environment.
  • Passion for mental health and wellness is highly valued.
