  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Payroll & Employment Specialist

Location: Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities：

  • Provide EOR service to clients and maintain client relationships on a regular basis
  • Perform end-to-end EOR processing and provide related HR services to clients
  • Responsible for employment and payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
  • Liaise with local authorities in relation to employment, pension, social insurance, tax and other statutory matters
  • Deal with the inquiry from employees
  • Prepare HR reports for clients such as movement, headcount, pay summary, cost allocation and payroll breakdown reports
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System
  • Participate in client’s meetings and provide professional advice on HR issues relate to labor laws and employment act.

Requirements：

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • Solid experience in end-to-end employment and payroll processing
  • Able to manage high volume processing in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Effective communication skills to address employee concerns and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Action-orientated, detail-minded and organized
  • Fluent in spoken English. Mandarin/Chinese will be advantageous.
