Job Description
Ensure seamless technology implementation through Testing, Training, and Documentation for Cash, Payments, Trade, Loans, and Channels Operations.
- Analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
- Design and execute test cases using TOSCA or approved tools.
- Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Collaborate with users to refine test cases and identify automation opportunities.
- Conduct manual and automated testing per UAT strategy.
- Report, manage, and retest defects during UAT.
- Review test results, publish metrics, and perform exploratory testing.
- Provide training and post-implementation support to operations teams.
- Submit management reports as per the Software Development Framework.
- Lead and manage teams to drive project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial institutions
- Expertise in operations, particularly Swift standards in Cash Management, Trade Finance, Loans, or Channels operations
- Proficiency in test management lifecycle
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in team management
- Ability to handle issues independently and meet project timelines under pressure
- Strong leadership, influencing, and problem-solving abilities
