- Able to attend customer’s complaint and document feedback
- Able to update customer on the vehicle status.
- Able to communicate with installation to carry out job accordingly as per customer request.
- Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
- Direct all B2C calls and walk-ins to sales team
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English; Chinese and local dialect would be advantage to applicant.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work on alternate weekend (Saturday / 8.30am - 6pm) with Monday off
