We are seeking a talented and dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team!

Job Description

  • Submit initial profit and loss budget to superior and Director for verification and approval. The work includes inputting the budget into Pronto System upon getting approval from Director.
  • Quarterly review and update the budget except the Ad hoc case.
  • Checking quantity of initial budget vs. construction drawing.
  • Compare and evaluate sub-contractor’s price and propose to the management for approval and award.
  • Prepare Work Order for sub-contractor.
  • Prepare correspondence letter related to contractual issue and submit to superior for reviewing / verification purpose.
  • Verification of material requisition vs. specification.
  • Prepare Quotation and follow up on the approval.
  • Prepare Interim Payment Certificate for sub-contractor’s claim.
  • Prepare monthly progress claim.
  • Prepare Final Account.
  • Assist on submission of sample to Consultant / Client.
  • To attend and assist Project Person In Charged on coordination matters.
  • Prepare tender submission including taking off, calling quotation from relevant sub-con and supplier, compile and submit to superior for verification and approval and filling tender document.
  • Prepare expected initial profit and loss budget inclusive of material, sub-con and hiring budget in the form of excel format for Post-Contract.
  • Prepare itemized build-up rate for tender costing purpose.
  • Prepare cost data library for materials, sub-con and hiring.
  • Any other contractual matter assigned by the Superior

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in the same working scope (in construction / consultant firm)
  • Minimum Certificate in Quantity Surveying/ Building Management
  • Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
