Job Description

  • Execute and manage the full Vacant Possession (VP) processes from the preparation (before VP) to key collection.
  • Brief the customers on the handover process including the registration of customers in the Handover Vacant Possession (VP) Apps, handover over of property, checklist, and the handover kit.
  • Managing customers expectation after vacant possession
  • To attend and monitor all customers enquiries via phone calls, emails, walk-ins and solve within stipulated amount of time
  • Ensure all records, data, and information are recorded and filed up to date.
  • Follow-up with relevant parties i.e. project management team, COW, contractor, consultant, etc. on product issues
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • To contact customers on solution via phone calls or emails after investigation
  • Update and maintain good recording and tracking system to ensure complaints are closed within stipulated time frame
  • To attend weekly defect progress meeting
  • To attend joint inspection with customers
  • Perform any other adhoc assignments/ tasks/ duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Property Development / Real Estate Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management
  • Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese language for both spoken and written
