We are looking for Financial Controller to join our team!
As our Assistant Financial Controller, we rely on you to:
- To manage the day to day operation of the Accounting office.
- Responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control.
- Generate and provide accurate and timely results.
- Ensure that the P&L Accounts are accurate.
- Submit reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.
- Provide direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding budgeting and accounting policies and procedures and efficient control and utilization of financial resources.
- Support a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability and manage business risks.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Ensure account balances are supported by appropriate documentation in accordance with SOPs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of job-relevant issues, systems and processes.
- Keep up to date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
- Leverage centralized accounting processes and shared services.
- Review audit issues and makes corrections as necessary.
- Degree in Finance and Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification.
- Relevant working experience is required.
- Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
