- To check and verify the marking and labelling on cargo transferred from GHA Warehouse by import
- Ensure timely return of documents to carrier after submission and amendment
- To counter check the import documentation to match with the physical cargo for verification.
- To ensure that cargo is transferred on time base on the flight arrival time.
- To ensure that the Ops Assistant will update/report of any discrepancy on timely manner.
- To ensure the date updated are accurate and complete in Tango.
- Accept any other job responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior.
- Ensure all customer queries of shipments are attended in timely manner.
- Ensure correct retrieval of carrier documents in respect to customer goods.
- SPM
- Minimum two (2) years work experience in airfreight cargo.
- Knowledge of Import operation would be an advantage.
- Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
