Key Responsibilities

  • Supports HRBP, providing pragmatic and tailored solutions/guidance to all functions.
  • Partner with HR Specialists/HRC to assess complex cases, structure potential solutions, and drive to resolution.
  • Supports HRBP in overall HR functions – HR operations, stakeholder management, employee relations, engagement activities, and performance management.
  • Supports HRBP, and line managers in supporting key people initiatives, building talents, and support retention.
  • Supports HRBP in implementation of global policies, and harmonize with local policies.
  • Ensuring proper communication to line managers and employees through effective communication channels, to foster clear understanding of all related global initiatives and policies
  • Participates in HR initiatives/projects and process improvement activities. There will also be opportunities to lead HR projects.
  • Support salary/benefits benchmark exercises to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Support HRBP with salary proposals for recruitment, salary adjustments, promotions, and annual salary review exercise.
  • Develop constructive and professional relationships with line managers and business units.
  • Work closely with insurance broker for the yearly insurance renewal exercise.
  • Ensures accuracy and compliance of all HR data (manual and electronic)
  • Global Mobility- work with vendors, HRBP and Global Mobility team in ensuring efficient mobility experience for inpats and expats.
  • Provide continuous suggestions for improvements in day-to-day operations.
  • Any other assigned HR related Ad-hoc duties and HR related projects.

What experience would we like you to have?

  • Degree qualified or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in an HR advisory or HR Generalist role
  • Positive mindset, proactiveness, resourceful, autonomous, and good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel
