  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

INSIDE SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound sales calls/customer telephone or e-mailed inquiries concerning all company products, processing services, quotation, pricing and delivery options.
  • Managing an established customer base; renewal records with update into database.
  • Handle small to large size opportunities and maintain relationship with customers/partners.
  • Working closely with Channel Sales / PM to establish strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensure high quality customer service to all external customers.
  • Undertake any duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications are preferred.
  • At least 1 year working experience preferred but fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply
  • Understand and replicate complex customer environment
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, independent worker with good attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to uphold confidentiality.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by being an active and productive team member.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
