- Coordinate and build relationships with vendors to ensure successful achievement of all systems objectives.

- Maintain current hardware and software inventories; recommend acquisition of additional hardware and software as required
- Evaluate and recommend hardware configurations, software upgrades, and new software installations to meet users’ needs.
- Guaranteeing staff consent to the organization, just as wellbeing and security guidelines consistently.
- Overseeing advanced security and ensuring all anti-virus and firewalls are routinely refreshed.
- Provide technical advice and support to end users.
- Conducting research, going to workshops, and networking with different experts in the business.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of software & hardware troubleshooting and networking.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and report writing.
- Work Independently: Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks.
- Should be able to communicate clearly with cross department and team in the project.
- Quick learner with an aptitude to pick up things fast.
- Must be dynamic with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude.
