Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new orders by planning and executing sales transactions that address and provide solutions for business system needs.
  • Sell Quicktron mobile robots, solutions, and services, including engineering, installation, commissioning, and aftermarket services, in assigned areas/accounts.
  • Achieve and manage sales quotas by selling to new, existing customers and third parties.
  • Follow up on qualified leads, perform marketing activities, determine configurations, develop proposals with Solution Engineers, and maintain frequent customer visits.
  • Compile all relevant data to determine the exact nature of the customer's business needs and develop solutions utilizing internal resources.
  • Utilize CRM tools, maintain order and opportunity databases, develop needs assessments, and distribute appropriate documentation to team members for cost estimates, contract preparation, etc.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and cultivate new ones.
  • Consistently monitor competition, gather information on marketplace trends, pricing, new products, and marketing/merchandising techniques, and provide monthly written reports on competitor activity and trends for assigned territories.
  • Ensure that contracts follow documented guidelines in regards to pricing, rebates, and product selection, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ years of current or recent experience in developing customers in the 3PL, warehouse integrators, distributors, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong experience in the logistics and automation industry, with a strong advantage for candidates with experience in mobile robotics and fulfillment solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with and influence customers regarding major sales campaigns.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally 60-80% of the time during a typical workweek.
  • Enjoyment of working in an intercultural environment.
