Job Description (Official Store)

  • Coordinate and manage relationship with marketplace key account manager to optimize brandstore presence on the platform.
  • Build, manage and develop closely with key brands and partners as representative of e-commerce team in comarketing efforts to grow brand presence.
  • Plan and execute monthly promotional campaigns (double digit, mid-month, month-end campaigns, etc.) on marketplace to achieve monthly sales target.
  • Manage brand store content and ensure all information including product listing, pricing, inventory are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate and coordinate across multiple departments, including merchandising, e-operation, visual team, etc. to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaign and daily operation.
  • Keep abreast of latest industry trends and closely monitor competitors' activities to strength
  • Propose and implement competitive strategies to maintain a strong market position.
  • To provide reports and analyze sales data, conversion rates, and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Job Description (Operation)

  • Manage e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment by maintain a smooth process flow of in inventory and order management (Eg: Ensure delivery lead time KPI are met, orders are delivered before cancellation, pick up orders are on time, reduce of cancellation, same day pre-order delivery, dispute, returns and refund etc.).
  • Communicate to logistics and courier company for any special requirements in relation to offers and necessary which requested by customer to provide better user experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer support within internal and external for online and mail order customers, reply live chat’ inquiry, answering phone and email enquiries, resolving complaints and processing orders in an efficient and timely manner.
  • To ensure clean and effective payment receive on ORN. This include refunds, unsettlement payment and cancellation but delivered cases.
  • Deal with Merchandising Department about the replenishment (inventory) in order to avoid customer’s dissatisfaction.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Adequate critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Adequate knowledge in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Knowledgeable and is up to date with e-commerce industry leading trend and market.
  • Willing to work at Pandan Jaya, Ampang
