  • To issue invoices, credit notes, debit notes, filing etc.
  • Completing the full range of accounting functions like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Journal entries with minimal supervision.
  • Following up on outstanding payments from customers.
  • Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records are kept in line with the Company’s policies, accounting standard procedures and related statutory and tax requirements.
  • SST & E-Invoice
  • Able to speak, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required skill (s): Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Accounting software and Computer literate.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
