Requirement / Qualification • At least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent • At least 3/5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position • Required skill(s): Communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Advantage skill: Knowledge or at least 1 year experience in system development. • Knowledge and experience in software development life cycle, analyzing and system designing • Leadership skills, when it comes to assisting the team leader and in terms of coordination and management of team members • Displays critical thinking capabilities, a sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team-oriented approach • Certification in CPRE – FL or other equivalent is an added advantage
Job Description • Participate during the initial Information Gathering, Analysis & Project Initiation. • Get business & function requirements from user/ stakeholders for product, new systems and for enhancements to existing systems • Analyze and propose solution that meet requirements • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements • Prepare specification documents which includes requirements process/integration solution. Able to describe in language, diagram (UML) and sample screen for better understanding.
