Job Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance and Operations:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including equipment, infrastructure, and utilities. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets. Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Team Management:
· Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Budget Management:
· Prepare, monitor and manage the annual maintenance budget.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the retail oil industry.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or similar credentials.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
