  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

 Responsible for daily operational activites, ensuring smooth business operations including managing departments expenses and account reconcilation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing department accounts‘ reconciliation.
  • Assist the Head of Department in performing administrative functions and in overseeing the day to day running of the department
  • To assist on department ad-hoc report internal/external.
  • To assist in monitoring department’s expenses
  • To support with issuance of receipts for motor and non-motor premium payment made by dealers or Franchise holders.
  • To undertake such other duties relating to Department’s function and objectives as may be directed by the Superior from time to time.

Key Requirements
  • Preferable candidate studying or having a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Must be good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have a strong sense of commitment and teamwork
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Preferably candidate who is able to be attached for at least 6 months and is a Final year student or fresh graduate.
