What you would be doing:

People Experience:

  • Address complex employee issues, conflicts, and investigations, while mentoring and guiding junior team members on managing such matters effectively.
  • Provide guidance to team leaders and managers on employee related matters and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to resolve escalated employee concerns and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Assist in the enhancement and implementation of policies.
  • Guide managers and employees in understanding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Performance Management:

  • Actively guide and collaborate with team leaders and managers in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes.
  • Provide coaching to team leaders and managers on performance related matters and contribute to talent development initiatives.

  • HR Staffing and General Support

    • Maintain and update employee records.
    • Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform and support decision-making processes.
    • Manage and administer employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and support the organizational goals.

  • Employee Engagement:

    • Leads initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
    • Champion efforts to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and effective communication.
    • Assist in analyzing employee survey data and implementing action plans to improve workplace satisfaction.

    Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

    To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 2 or more years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with experience in employee relations.
    • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to Human Resources
    • Proven track record of executing successful HR strategies
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
    • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
