Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and evaluate the performance and quality standards of franchisees to ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback to franchisees to support continuous improvement.
- Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and implement penalty mechanisms to address non-compliance or performance gaps among franchisees.
- Track and document instances requiring penalties, ensuring accuracy and fairness in execution.
- Communicate penalty decisions to relevant stakeholders and provide guidance on corrective measures.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate franchisees on standardized operational processes and company best practices.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance franchisee understanding and execution of company standards.
- Create, revise, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources.
- Ensure training materials are clear, comprehensive, and accessible for franchisees.
- Collaborate with internal departments to incorporate subject matter expertise into training content.
Job requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in QC, franchising, or other related fields within the Express or Logistics industry.
- Minimum Diploma in any field and/or proven experience in project franchising.
- Excellent communication skills with high levels of collaborative abilities.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Native or professional proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
- Able and willing to work 6 days a week (Saturday WFH).
Working days and hours: Mon - Sat (Sat WFH), 9am - 6pm
