  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities

  • Formulate and evaluate the performance and quality standards of franchisees to ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback to franchisees to support continuous improvement.
  • Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and implement penalty mechanisms to address non-compliance or performance gaps among franchisees.
  • Track and document instances requiring penalties, ensuring accuracy and fairness in execution.
  • Communicate penalty decisions to relevant stakeholders and provide guidance on corrective measures.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate franchisees on standardized operational processes and company best practices.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance franchisee understanding and execution of company standards.
  • Create, revise, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources.
  • Ensure training materials are clear, comprehensive, and accessible for franchisees.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to incorporate subject matter expertise into training content.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in QC, franchising, or other related fields within the Express or Logistics industry.
  • Minimum Diploma in any field and/or proven experience in project franchising.
  • Excellent communication skills with high levels of collaborative abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Native or professional proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
  • Able and willing to work 6 days a week (Saturday WFH).

Working days and hours: Mon - Sat (Sat WFH), 9am - 6pm

Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
