  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose

Property Management of Menara Great Eastern and Great Eastern Mall to improve the occupancy, revenue and investment returns. Ensuring the up keeping of the building’s condition to provide sufficient and efficient business continuity.

The Job

  • Manage all aspects of the property management of the property.
  • Planning and implementation of business strategies to improve the yield of the property.
  • Managing and controlling overall building expenses, budgetary and financial responsibilities and activities of the property.
  • Maintain a good Landlord-Tenants relation.
  • Overseeing marketing and mall promotional activities to increase publicity and traffic to the Mall.
  • Overseeing lease management, security, operations and maintenance of the property.
  • Staff development and leading the property teams to achieve the targeted goals.
  • As part of the leadership team, work with key stakeholders to proactively shape the organisation’s culture and conduct environment that is aligned to the organization’s Core Values.
  • Champion culture and conduct behavioral expectations within the Department/Division
  • Implementing and proposing industry trend to enhance the buildings credibility
  • Accountable towards business and regulatory compliance and risks with regards to services appointed for the upkeep of the building
  • Handling tenders and procurement of Soft and Hard Service, ad-hoc projects
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Our Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate Management / Marketing / Business Studies.
  • At least 8 years' experience in property or retail industry.
  • Leadership, management skills, problem solving, communications, interpersonal skills, impact, business expertise, business acumen, job functional knowledge.
  • Demonstrates alignment with the organisation’s core values through expected behaviours.
  • Good networking with suppliers, event companies, government bodies, NGO’s, media, hoteliers, corporate companies, legal department/firms.
  • Knowledgeable of building systems, fire and safety, space management, energy efficiency, retail and commercial market trends.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
