  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Senior Executive, Leasing to manage tenancy and leasing matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling Tenancy Agreements (TAs), legal knowledge related to property matters, and a solid proficiency in Excel. This role requires effective handling of property-related issues, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of tenancy and leasing agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating tenancy agreements (TAs) in accordance with legal guidelines.
  • Coordinate and liaise with tenants, landlords, and external parties to ensure smooth leasing operations.
  • Handle property-related matters, including lease renewals, terminations, and disputes.
  • Ensure all documents and contracts are filed and maintained accurately.
  • Provide legal and leasing support to the team as needed.
  • Utilize Excel to track leasing data, generate reports, and analyze trends.
  • Perform regular follow-ups with tenants regarding payments, renewals, and compliance with lease terms.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy agreements, leasing processes, and relevant legal matters.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
