Position: Customer Service Associate (Logistics)

Location: Petaling Jaya

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturday)

Working Hours: 8 AM to 7 PM (rotational shift)

Salary: RM2,700 - RM3,000 (basic) + RM400 (fixed allowance)

Contract: 1 year renewable contract

*1-month contractual bonus after contract completion

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations to ensure seamless delivery processes.

• Assist customers with shipment inquiries, booking, and tracking in a timely, professional manner.

• Resolve issues effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Monitor and mitigate potential delivery challenges to improve service reliability.

• Maintain accurate documentation for operational and customer interactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align on operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: SPM certificate and above. Prefer Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in logistics/operations.

• Skills: Problem-solving, strong communication (English proficiency required), and attention to detail.
