- Assist in day-to-day accounting operation functions and activities such as data entry for account receivable accounting system.
- To handle Account payable / Account receivable, statement, and other accounting functions.
- Perform account receivables functions i.e. collection and bank-in cheques process and update cash book accordingly.
- Perform account payables functions i.e. process of payments, update respective payments summary and cash book accordingly.
- Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Assist in preparing year-end audit files, ensuring all information and supporting documents are available.
- Prepare bank reconciliations on monthly basis.
- Monitor stock in stock out for inventories.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments/ other tasks as and when assigned by management
- Good clientele to work with and enable you to gain wide experience
- Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently & efficiently
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/PreU, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS words etc
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Proactive and can work independent
