  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operation functions and activities such as data entry for account receivable accounting system.
  • To handle Account payable / Account receivable, statement, and other accounting functions.
  • Perform account receivables functions i.e. collection and bank-in cheques process and update cash book accordingly.
  • Perform account payables functions i.e. process of payments, update respective payments summary and cash book accordingly.
  • Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.
  • Assist in preparing year-end audit files, ensuring all information and supporting documents are available.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations on monthly basis.
  • Monitor stock in stock out for inventories.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments/ other tasks as and when assigned by management
  • Good clientele to work with and enable you to gain wide experience
  • Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently & efficiently
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/PreU, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant field
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS words etc
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • Proactive and can work independent
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
