Main role:

- Involve in recruitment process (recruit internal sales personnel with a monthly target)

- Writing of job advertisements, calling of candidates and attending at front desk

- Administration includes filing, scanning, emails and data-entry of sales report & etc.

- Closing of weekly sales report with zero mistake

- To meet monthly recruitment target as set by the management

- Doing up weekly & monthly reports as required by the management
- Attend ad-hoc tasks as required by the Directors and managers

- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Words and PP)

- High sense of urgency

- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- Organized, neat, clean & tidy

- Ability to speak and write good Mandarin & English; Bilingual

- Immediate starter preferred
