We are hiring for a role within one of our subsidiary companies, looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and the ability to communicate complex security solutions to a diverse client base. As a Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and closing deals to drive the company's revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer-facing role specializing in Cyber Security Services the enterprise/SME market – in collaboration with our partner.
  • Assist channel sales teams on partnership strategy, building “trusted advisor” relationships with key client decision makers, to drive adoption of cyber security services and solutions.
  • Drive assigned Cyber Security Services Sales and Gross Profit contribution on an allocated client portfolio within the assigned customer segment.
  • Manage the Cyber Security Services Sales pipeline working closely with customers.
  • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their unique cybersecurity needs and requirements. Tailor product and service recommendations to suit individual customer challenges.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product offerings (network security, endpoint protection, threat intelligence, risk management, etc.) and stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate product solutions to clients, effectively addressing their
  • concerns and showcasing product features and benefits.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand the client’s business, security risks, and pain points, and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
  • Interact closely with the Organization’s Technology Services Delivery Team to ensure they are up to date with important subject matter.
  • Develop business and marketing plans and strategically execute against the
  • plan within the timeframe committed.
  • Work closely with the marketing, technical, and customer support teams to ensure client requirements are met and all sales opportunities are maximized.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communication or related courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales preferably in technology or IT industry.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in direct sales model with varied customers such as SMEs and Enterprise alike.
  • Strong customer service experience with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions based on their unique security challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Organized, analytical mind with solid problem-solving skills required.
