As we continue to expand and lead the industry, we are looking for a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide our company toward new heights of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
  • Sales-Driven Growth: Drive the company’s sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective strategies to increase revenue. Actively engage in high-level negotiations and sales presentations to secure large-scale projects and strategic partnerships.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the company, ensuring growth, profitability, and sustainability. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Strengthen client relationships and ensure consistent revenue growth by providing tailored design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Team Leadership & Culture: Lead and inspire a talented team of designers, project managers, and support staff. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance company culture.
  • Brand & Marketing Oversight: Shape and elevate the company’s brand presence in the marketplace. Ensure effective marketing strategies and communication that resonate with target audiences.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the seamless delivery of design projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or related industries. Proven track record of managing large-scale design projects, sales initiatives, and driving revenue growth.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated success in a sales-driven role, with strong capabilities in business development, sales strategy, and closing high-value deals.
  • Visionary Leadership: Strong ability to set and communicate a clear vision for the company, motivating and inspiring teams at all levels.
  • Business Acumen: Strong financial and operational management skills with a deep understanding of business strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior design trends, project management, client expectations, and the competitive landscape.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.

Remuneration Package:

  • Base Salary: Min RM10,000 per month (subject to experience and qualifications)
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus
  • Equity/Shares Options: Potential equity or stock options (to be discussed based on company performance)
