Human Resources & Administration:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Process payroll, employee claims, and manage statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Support HR policies, performance evaluations, and staff welfare programs.
  • Organize and oversee company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle general office administration, procurement, and vendor management.

    Finance & Payment Administration:

    • Process company payments via bank transfers and maintain proper transaction records.
    • Update and manage cash flow projections to ensure financial accuracy.
    • Prepare and organize financial documents related to employee payroll, reimbursements, and operational expenses.
    • Assist in tracking budgeting and financial planning with relevant departments.
    • Work closely with external accountants to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR, administration, or finance-related roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR or accounting software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
