  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform phone dunning activities on all delinquent / impaired customers assigned with adherence to the approved Collections Script to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Responsible to handle mortgage. hire purchase, unsecured loan & SME.
  • Successfully work on accounts as per guideline requirements set in collections system.
  • To manage portfolio appropriately towards target setting inclusive of mortgage. hire purchase, unsecured loan & SME.
  • Adhere to the call quality requirement
  • Attending to customers’ inquiries, complaints, and proposal either verbally or in writing within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT)
  • Prepare proposal for R&R, Compromised Settlement, payment proposal or without legal actions from case-to-case basis & etc.
  • Ensure satisfactory rating on all audit reviews.
  • Highlight suspicious and new account behavior to Unit Manager to mitigate Fraud.
  • Ensure the portfolio assigned are attempted within the stipulated time frame set by Manager.
  • To attend ad-hoc task / assignment given by Management.
  • Ensure compliance of internal policy and procedures, Bank Negara guidelines and regulation, i.e., FSA/ IFSA 2013, Fair debts Collections, PDPA, & etc.)
  • Attend all relevant training (include E-learning) for personal development and to broaden technical/ behavioral skill & knowledge which applicable to current job.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Banking and Finance or related fields or SPM/ STPM with minimum 3-5 years working experience in related field.
  • Equipped with collections experience in banking line will be an added advantage
  • Able to work under pressure.
