Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents for renovation projects.
  • Conduct site measurements, material take-offs, and cost analysis.
  • Evaluate and compare suppliers’ and subcontractors’ quotations.
  • Monitor project budgets, progress claims, and payment certifications.
  • Assist in contract administration, variation orders, and final account preparation.
  • Conduct site visits to verify work progress and ensure compliance with cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution within budget constraints.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of working experience in the renovation or construction industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and construction materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and QS-related software a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to travel to project sites as required.
