We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team at Ascertain Technologies, with a specific focus on the Fintech/IT or related vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and execution skills to optimize marketing efforts across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning, particularly in the Fintech space.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Optimize website content for SEO and improve online presence.
  • Analyze marketing data and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows, with a focus on the Fintech industry.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in technology, IT services, or Fintech.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights.
  • Creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B/B2C marketing.
  • Knowledge of CRM and email marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of Fintech trends and regulations in Malaysia.
