Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Personal Assistant cum Project Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding business opportunities, developing new partnerships, supporting growth strategies, and assisting senior management with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

Project Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in various sectors.

  • Coordinate tender projects and navigate government grant opportunities.
  • Oversee social media accounts, if applicable, to enhance brand presence.
  • Facilitate rental services and promote relevant products.
  • Seek investors for potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to execute business strategies effectively.

Personal Assistant Support:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle appointments.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain office organization.
  • Support in managing personal errands and tasks, as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
  • Possession of own transportation for commuting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
