Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Utility Engineer located in Klang. The Senior Utility Engineer will be responsible for managing utilities systems, including steam, wastewater treatment, water treatment, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience is preferred.

• Knowledge in word processing and spread sheet for data processing and analysis

• Well understand and interpretation of piping layout drawings, utility system and the application.

• Experienced in autonomous maintenance is advantage.

• Knowledge in glove industry production and maintenance is advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and coordinate all maintenance activities in utilities, include Air Compressor and Dryer system, WWT systems, Chiller and Cooling Tower, Boiler system, Water Reservoir/Water Tank and others.

• To assist and oversee maintenance activities in Scrubber and Chlorination system.

• To ensure quality of maintenance work by taking proper ownership and linkage to other relevant teams and parties.

• To have root-cause analysis with fast corrective and preventive actions.

• To get close reporting with relevant government bodies like DOE and DOSH.

• To verify and keep all maintenance records and data for traceability

• To verify and check all scheduled maintenance is executed properly on time.

• To utilize CMMS for ease of maintenance works and preventive job order.

• To plan and implement required framework and structure for more effective maintenance tasks.

• To assist production for quality and output issue, especially due to utilities related causes.

• To assist the team for optimization of operational cost, energy usage and equipment efficiency.

• To always respond promptly to any kinds of issues in utility.

• Strive to support, encourage, and achieve company objectives and KPIs

• Other tasks as required.
