Responsibilities:

  • Handle and collect labor safety and health cases and regulations, provide employee training, develop labor safety and health operation plans, and guide relevant departments in implementing labor safety and health checkup and hygiene plans.
  • Establish labor safety and health operational processes, regulations, forms, and reporting systems.
  • Familiar with the establishment, promotion, and implementation of environmental, health, and safety certification systems, and the reporting and application for various environmental, health, and safety matters.
  • Inspect the safety of operational equipment.
  • Coordinate with regulatory audits and conduct safety audits in the plant.
  • Manage the safety and health of on-site contractors, collect and analyze occupational safety and health regulations, and assess hazard risks.
  • Promote the 6S environmental system (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
  • Maintain annual fire inspection reports, fire safety checks, and public safety maintenance reports for buildings.
  • Maintain and repair public facilities and large production equipment in the plant.
  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience as a Safety Officer
  • Must possess a "Class B Occupational Safety and Health Management Technician" qualification or above.
