  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

About the Role

Kanopy is looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing & Community Executive to take our brand to the next level. You’ll be managing content, social media, partnerships, and events—everything that keeps Kanopy buzzing with energy. If you enjoy a mix of marketing, community-building, and real impact, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Social Media & Content Creation – Manage our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok with engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
  • Community Engagement – Create a welcoming environment for our members through fun initiatives, partnerships, and events.
  • Events & Partnerships – Plan and execute small networking sessions, workshops, and collabs with local businesses.
  • Branding & Marketing Support – Assist in improving Kanopy’s online presence, marketing materials, and email campaigns.
  • Lead Generation & Awareness – Work on ad campaigns and outreach efforts to bring in new members.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or community management (Coworking or hospitality experience is a plus!)
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing & trends
  • Hands-on, creative, and not afraid to try new things
  • Great people skills
  • Comfortable with light design work (Canva, basic video editing is a plus!)
  • Bonus if you’ve handled ad platforms (Meta or Google Ads) or partnerships before
