现场技术支持工程师/Field Application Engineer
岗位职责/ Job Description:
1.配合本地经销商完成机器人系统的部署安装工作,确保机器人按照要求正确安装并配置任务。
2.提供及时有效的技术支持,解决客户在使用机器人过程中遇到的技术问题。
3.执行客户培训计划,确保客户和经销商售后团队能够熟练操作机器人并进行基本的故障排除。
4.与研发团队、销售团队以及客户进行有效沟通,确保技术需求和反馈得到及时处理。
5.根据客户反馈和技术发展趋势,提出产品改进建议。
1.Collaborate with local dealers to complete the deployment and installation of robots, ensuring robots are correctly installed.
2.Provide effective technical support in time.
3.Execute customer training programs, ensuring dealers can operate robots proficiently and perform basic troubleshooting.
4.Communicate effectively with the internal R&D team, Sales team and customers to ensure that technical requirements and feedback are processed promptly.
5.Based on customer feedback and technological trends, propose suggestions for product improvements.
应聘要求/Job Qualifications:
1.本科及以上学历,机器人、机械工程、电子工程、自动化或相关工程专业。
2.1-2年相关领域的工作经验,有机器人技术专业对口可放宽至应届生。
3.熟悉机器人软硬件维修基本操作和编程,掌握相关软件和工具的使用。
4.流利的英语和普通话沟通能力,能够和客户无障碍沟通。
5.具备良好的客户服务意识和良好的自驱力,能够适应欧洲其他区域出差的工作节奏,具有团队合作精神和快速响应和解决问题的能力。
1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related majors.
2.1-2 years relevant work experience. Fresh graduates with robotics background are considered.
3.Familiar with basic operations and programming of robot, and proficient in the use of related software and tools.
4.FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND MANDARIN, able to communicate with customers.
5.Good insight into customer needs,sense of responsibility, commitment and teamwork, willing to take on challenges
6. Adapt to BUSINESS TRAVELING.
