OBJECTIVE OF THE ROL
EThis role primarily leads the end-to-end project management of National Symposium in order to ensure a positive and meaningful experience for all attendees, including teachers, students, public and private stakeholders
.

Project Planning and Coordinat

Procure
- ment:Manage the procurement process for all materials purchased / rented for usage during National Symp
- osiumManage inventory count for assets related to National Symp
- osiumSourcing out the procurement of STEM Kit to be distributed and delivered to the graduating cohort of Program Duta
Guru
Content and Series Pla
- nning:Manage the internal series team to develop session content that aligns with the symposium’s objec
- tives.Create and implement a series of thematic events leading up to the symposium to build engagement and mom
entum.
Execution and Implemen
- tation:Effectively manage all logistical matters with regards to National Symposium; including, but not limited to registration, inventory, technology, merchandis
- e, etc.Work with session owners to provide recommendations for learning expe
- rience.Develop, implement and maintain effective processes and communication structures that allow for smooth and efficient communication within the movement and with external stake
- holdersDesign and execute an efficient and comprehensive strategy for the operations team to work throughout the planning and execution of National Sy

Risk Man
