Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Coordinator at GMEELAN located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant Operations Coordinator will be responsible:

  • Manage & Operate Live Streams by leading, assisting and optimizing brand's live streaming rooms, ensuring smooth daily operations, content planning, platform resource management, and host coordination.
  • Manage Host on a daily live broadcast work and schedule.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as viewership duration, traffic volume, and audience engagement. Leverage data insights to optimize and enhance streaming performance.
  • Content Creation & Planning in designing and execute captivating live streaming scripts, product showcases, and engaging promotional content to maximize audience interaction and sales.
  • Oversee TikTok store and manage operations, including product listings, order processing, promotional campaigns, and data analysis. Develop strategies to optimize store performance and enhance customer experience.
