Responsibilities
System Analysis & Documentation:
- Analyse business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement in systems, processes, and infrastructure.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, architecture diagrams, data flow models, configurations, and network setups.
System Integration & Project Support:
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to integrate new systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Support IT projects from requirement gathering and planning to deployment, testing, validation, and post-implementation support.
System Maintenance & Optimisation:
- Monitor, manage, and maintain IT systems, servers, networks, and hardware for optimal performance and availability.
- Perform routine maintenance (e.g. patching, backups, updates) to ensure security and reliability.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support to end-users and IT teams, troubleshooting and resolving system, application, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify and implement areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a system administration role, with additional experience in system analysis or IT project management preferred.

- Database management, API integration, cloud migration
