About this Position 1. Ensuring Distributors Expansion Market – Consumer successfully executes its strategy and delivers its business objectives both in short and long term.
- Providing both strategic and tactical direction to Distributors, aligning resources and collaborating across Henkel and Distributors to meet our financial goals, deliver strong execution and services to customers.
- Develop short-term and long-term strategies to aggressive drive organic growth in Consumer Landscape.
- Lead business for Consumer Growth – Malaysia/Indonesia and profitability responsibility including business planning.
- Responsible for assessment of market potential, developing a plan of market share gain and market expansion securing sales growth and profit margin.
- Execute strategic direction plans, ensure adaptation of marketing contents, implement and monitor customers effectiveness
- Identifying and developing business opportunities to meet profitable mid- and long-term growth plans including market share gain, new revenue streams, footprint expansion opportunities.
- Drive execution development and joint strategies for Key Account and win in key market segment in mid and long term.
- Evaluate performances of Distributors vs objective on regular basis
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhere to policy, apply sound ethical judgement regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices.
- Escalate, manage and report business issues with transparency.
- Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing or any related field
- Minimum 5-year related experience with minimum 3-year experience marketing or sales and a strong financial background in P&L
- Strong FMCG background with Key Account Management
- Experience in the beauty/lifestyle/fashion industry is an added advantage
