Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup customer success service center in Malaysia.
  • Organize the team with both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales structure.
  • Work closely with performance marketing team to handle global online customer leads (pre sales) and take care of full client service cycle from onboarding to day to day transaction support.
  • Work closely with country-level sales team as customer service specialist for all international client's post sales request and Q&A to improve customer service quality.
  • Responsible for overall international sales target and growth.
  • Work with CN customer success team and responsible for FAQs and customer education online.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Financial Service (banking) and Payment Sector, with comprehensive knowledge in FX and payment.
  • Prefer 5-10 years knowledge and experience in customer service.
  • Customer oriented with strong track record on team management to ensure high service quality standards.
  • Able to work with both sales, products, and marketing, to continuously raise constructive suggestion to polish current process, improve customer experience, and to improve sales funnel efficiency.
  • Structural thinking, number driven, while setting up the team, he/she is also able to setup SOPs, SLAs to ensure CS team's operational efficiency.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy dynamic and start-up environment, high persistency and consistancy, self-motivated, able to initiate and take full ownership to build things from scratch.
