In this role, you will:


  • Assist in organizing project meetings, include scheduling, preparing presentation materials, documenting meeting minutes and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of project communications, reports and presentations.
  • Perform testing of configured solutions.
  • Support data collection and cleansing and validate data setup/ data load in production deployment.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, files and records in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Undertake other project tasks as required.

To succeed in this role, you will:


  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field with minimum CGPA of 3.0
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Good command of English language.
