Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Officer (Finance & Legal), you are responsible for leading the finance team, overseeing financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, financial reporting and financial control. Your expertise will be essential in supporting strategic decisions, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting for the Group and its subsidiaries:
- Oversee the financial reporting - ensuring consistency and completeness of financial reports in line with adopted reporting format, policies and principles.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of group financial reporting.
- Coordinate and enhance financial reporting matters - align reporting formats and ensure the adoption of accounting standards.
- Work closely with Chief Officer (Finance & Legal) on financial planning and strategy
- To support resource allocation across the Group.
- Key members to the corporate matters of the Group and its subsidiaries to support business decisions, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and corporate exercise.
- Coordinate the application and manage the project reporting to government agencies.
- Manage both direct and indirect taxes matters of the Group and its subsidiaries - emphasizing compliance, effective tax planning and timely submission.
- Custodian of financial processes and procedures of the Group and its subsidiaries, driving continuous improvements and efficiency.
- Key representative of the Group and its subsidiaries on banking and treasury matters - establishing and monitoring financial policies and relationships with banks and external consultants.
- Lead and manage the finance team - oversee internal coordination, staff planning, and professional development.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports and other reporting requirements as required by the holding company and any other related companies.
- Support Chief Officer (Finance & Legal) in any other financial projects and matters.
- Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or Professional Qualifications ACCA, CIMA and/ or MACPA.
- Minimum 6 years of experience undertaking similar role with strong leadership qualities, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of GAPP, IAS, SAS, and IFRS.
- Candidates with audit background are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Office Suite applications (i.e., spreadsheets and word processing etc.) .
- Knowledge in accounting system would be an added advantage.
- Strong command of written and verbal English, with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous and good time management.
