Main Responsibility

1. Strategy Development

- Develop and execute a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.

- Identify emerging digital trends, technologies, and platforms to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure global strategies are adapted to local markets while maintaining brand consistency.

2. Campaign Management

- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO/SEM, social media, email, content marketing, paid media, and affiliate marketing).

- Oversee the creation of engaging and high-converting digital content, including websites, blogs, videos, and social media posts.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

3. Digital Channel Optimization

- Manage and optimize the company’s global website, ensuring it is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines.

- Oversee social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across all channels.

- Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting

- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau) to track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

- Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance.

5. Team Leadership and Collaboration

- Lead and mentor a global team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.

- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality digital marketing services.

6. Budget Management

- Develop and manage the global digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.

- Track spending and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.

7. Compliance and Best Practices

- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry best practices.

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-regional role.

- Proven experience managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns and teams.

- Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, depending on the company’s focus.

Skills and Competencies

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
