We are looking for an Intern, Operations in Malaysia who will assist the with execution and coordination of operations activities within the Institutional UTS Adviser (IUTA) team.
What You’ll Do
- Handle daily financial order booking processes within the SLA timeline.
- Perform data entry for daily financial orders and new corporate client accounts in the system.
- Ensure completeness of documents for Unit Trust applications and follow up with clients on original forms.
- Assist in monitoring daily bookings processed by the team and follow up on exception cases.
- Prepare and send various reports to clients, such as daily confirmation reports and financial disbursement lists.
Who You Are
- You are pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Business or Economics.
- You have strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- You have knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- You can work independently and also work well as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- You are resourceful and accountable for your work.
- You can commit to an internship period of 3 months.
