Education Requirements
Professional Accounting qualification or a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and other relevant fields. Preferably CFA Level 1 or candidate CFA Level 1/Level 2
Required Work
Experience Minimum of 3 - related post-qualification experience in the related field
(i.e. investment, corporate finance, business strategy, accounting, audit, etc)
Job Description and Responsibilities
1 . Conduct comprehensive research and analysis, including industry and market development, valuation and financial forecast, financial performance, variance analysis, trends, and any other related analysis, using business
intelligence data and tools to support investment proposals.
2. Prepare investment paper for Management’s / Board Committee(s) / Board’s approval and/or any other related
paper.
3 . Preparing document checklist and proposal paper for Management Approval for the disbursement of
investment funds for the investee.
4 . Assist in deal sourcing i.e. preparing the relevant information, and meeting arrangements. Conduct screening and
assessment for new /potential companies, and make a recommendation based on the analysis.
5 . Prepare periodical updates on the portfolio’s performance, present the reports and findings, and recommend the
business plan and suitable strategies for the respective portfolios to the Head/Supervisor.
6 . Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head/Supervisors as at when required.
