  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent service to the guests. The Host - Guest Service Centre is responsible for providing excellent guest service by managing guest inquiries and handling various administrative tasks as well as interacting with guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Work experience as a Host within luxury hotels is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
