Responsibilities: Identify and engage key stakeholders in the commercial real estate and office building sectors, including property developers, building owners, and facility managers. Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance market presence for smart workspace solutions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the building automation ecosystem, including suppliers of turnstiles, elevators, fire alarms, and related systems. Present customized smart workspace solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, security, and tenant experience. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure. Establish and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, forecasts, and market developments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in building automation, smart office solutions, or related industries. Proven success in selling solutions to commercial real estate developers, property managers, and key industry stakeholders. Deep understanding of building automation systems, including turnstiles, elevators, fire alarms, and related technologies. Familiarity with IoT and smart workspace solutions, including their integration with building systems. Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and industry events.
