Admin Assistant
Location : Setia City Mall, Shah Alam
Please only apply if you can work shift hours and on weekends.
Responsibilities :
1. Assist outlet admin and operational matters
2. Prompt and efficient customer service with clients on collection and queries
3. Coordinate class schedules and must enjoy working with young children and teenagers
4. Willing to work in Shah Alam following the working schedule.
Requirements :
1. 3-4 years of office administration knowledge and skills for Senior posts and 2-3 years for Admin Assistants
2. Good customer service knowledge
3. Good working knowledge and attitude
6. Working rotational shift hours and on weekends. 5 working days, 2 off-days on weekdays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
