Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage and optimize website content, design, and layout using WooCommerce.
• Integrate external codes such as Google Analytics, Adwords, and Tag Manager.
• Drive sales performance across e-commerce platforms (Website, Mobile App, Lazada, Shopee).
• Utilize analytics to monitor sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze past sales data to manage inventory and address fast/slow-moving products.
• Leverage insights from campaigns and competitor activities to enhance e-commerce growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute online campaigns and sales projects.
• Manage paid search campaigns and liaise with vendors for marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with e-commerce platforms to secure campaign support and leads.
• Conduct audits to ensure accurate pricing, categorization, and high-quality product content.
• Forecast inventory needs to ensure stock availability.
• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including content, promotions, and product updates.
• Work with operations teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and address delivery issues promptly.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or a related role.
• Strong skills in e-commerce tools, including WooCommerce, analytics platforms, and campaign management.
• Knowledge of online shopping processes, channel development strategies, and collaboration technologies.
• Preferably a Senior Executive with expertise in e-commerce operations and strategy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
